Attention RedBlack Gym Athletes. As you should already know, several of your coaches will be out of town this Thursday through Sunday. Why? They will be competing in the CrossFit South Central Regional competition in Tomball Texas. RedBlack is excited to send many individuals as well as the RedBlack Gym team.
