“THIS IS NOT ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO GET A MET-CON IN.” This exclusive class is ideal for anyone, at any level, to develop “As RX’d Strength” and much, much more!  Members will learn and utilize new and highly effective exercises to create strength in all areas!  Class size is kept small so the focus is on each individual, while also allowing time to dissect each movement in detail - optimizing strength gains.  The STRICTLY STRENGTH CLASS is the perfect supplement to indoor CrossFit programs and Bootcamps, and will have you crushing “Rx’d” weights.
